C Street Station Hesperia California

 Here is my little space inside the C Street Station Antique Store in Hesperia, California. I added some vintage Chinese lanterns and some newly hand painted items. I had fun making some Easter
things and some Spring floral arrangements this year.

 Here is a little antique table I painted pale butter yellow and distressed it with a wax finish.

 Solid Brass stool/table from India. I added a milk paint finish over the

top in one of Annie Sloans paints. Bohemian but also a bit Shabby.

Some of my hand painted pieces and cool framed foliage.

#5 Queen of England

 Small dish from the Queen of England's Silver Jubilee. I loved the little bullion "E" pin. In

the background is a new and un-opened package of nylon and a clasp, 1940s for re-stringing

pearls.

#6 Porcelain House & Crepe Paper

This vignette is just a few rolls of crepe paper I use for making things and my favorite little miniature porcelain thatched roof house. This is an English piece. I added an old egg shaped spool of thread and a parfume stick from Anthropology.

 

This is a really neat cast metal

vintage 50's Light pole. It use to have little

bottles of parfume inside the light fixtures and

there was an ashtray on the bottom. It is about 10" tall, one of my favorite pieces.

#1 Velveteen Ribbon

Rich velveteen ribbon spools with vintage crepe paper roses. I took

the roses off of a vintage pair of mink slippers. The ribbon spools are 4" tall and are

wood, they are from Marshall's discount store. 



#2 India Gold

Good Hand Lotion, antique gold woven

 trims and a beautiful hand decorated glass from India. I love putting a bunch of small things together. It's fun finding like colors.

#3 Millinery Flowers

This is a very old sewing trim by Stickerei, made in Germany. The packaging is so pretty, gold lettering and nice white gloss paper. Millinery flowers embellish.

 

#7 Vignette

Vignette's of things I have found and put together. This is a small bottle of Tocca, Violets and some antique rick rack and thread. I also added some Juicy Couture earrings and case with small bunch of

little dime store flowers.
